Great integretion with Asana. Instagantt makes Asana more productive. Asana has similar functions; time line view, workload estimation and so on but Instagantt is better to use. The best comvenient feature is to share the latest gantt-chart by URL with relatives who don't have Asana account.

Can I delete a project?
Projects can be archived, but not permanently deleted. Archived projects can be recovered at any time!
Can I create custom fields?
Yes, you can create custom fields to add more information to your project, however, this feature is only available on the Standalone version.
Does Instagantt have mobile or desktop apps?
No, Instagantt is a web application that doesn’t have mobile nor desktop apps.
Can I remove the today indicator?
Yes, you can remove the red line that indicates today’s date on the Scale button located at the end of your timeline.
Can I enable notifications?
Yes, you can enable notifications for when someone assigns a task to you or when someone mentions you in a comment.
Can I import projects from spreadsheets?
Yes, we have a CSV file import option which will allow you to import tasks! We always recommend populating the template available on the import option to have a smoother process.
What’s a Public Snapshot?
A Public Snapshot is a snapshot of your project’s current state, which can be shared with a simple link on a read-only view, so that users outside Instagantt can view your Gantt chart.
Can I export my charts?
Yes, there are several types of exports you can create: Image and PDF, Spreadsheets, and Public Snapshots.
Can I add local and international holidays?
Yes, you can add as many holidays as you’d like for your team, which will make the software skip those days as non-working days.
Does Instagantt have templates available?
Yes, there’s a template gallery with all sorts of different project templates from which you can choose to start managing your projects.
