Our Journey to Simplifying Project Management

2012: A Lightweight Beginning

In 2012, Instagantt was launched as a lightweight plugin for Asana with the goal of simplifying project management and making collaboration easier for teams

2014: A Comprehensive Solution

After two years of improvement and development, a full version of Instagantt was launched for Asana, complete with subtasks, dependencies, and all the basic project management features that teams need to be successful. With this launch, Instagantt became a one-stop solution for effective project management

2018: Going Independent

In 2018, we launched a standalone version of Instagantt, giving teams the flexibility to use our solution independent of Asana for the first time in 6 years. This was a major milestone for us and allowed us to reach even more teams looking for a simple and efficient project management solution

2020: Overcoming Challenges

The year 2020 brought the world a pandemic, but despite the challenges, we managed to maintain most of our user base and even introduce new features such as mobile web access, board view, overview, and many more. These features helped teams stay productive and on track, even while working remotely

2022: Making Gantt Charts Effortless

In 2022, we continued our mission to streamline project management by making online Gantt charts effortless. With our solution, teams can focus on what really matters: delivering great results
